Commercial Contracts Specialist

Our Aviation Division is looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist!

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing price proposals, including client engagement, approval processes, and submission.
• Leading negotiations with customers and securing contract terms.
• Managing ongoing communication with clients and project representatives.
• Overseeing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring contractual compliance throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces, including IAI’s information systems.
• Maintaining strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management – preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract management within large-scale manufacturing or defense companies – mandatory.
• Experience managing contracts valued at over $1 million – mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Knowledge and experience working with SAP – an advantage.
• Experience in the aviation and defense industry – an advantage.
