Hardware Engineer

ELTA is looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining and specifying future hardware for next-generation digital radar systems.
• Quickly learning and understanding complex system requirements.
• Working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Investigating and troubleshooting cross-disciplinary issues.
• Developing and utilizing advanced engineering tools.
• Proposing solutions for system-wide challenges and malfunctions.
• Collaborating with teams from various domains, including digital, RF, power, and network engineering.
• Integrating and verifying product development before transitioning to production and system integration.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• M.Sc. – an advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in hardware integration or development – mandatory.
• Experience in RF testing – mandatory.
• Knowledge of product development processes, including defining mixed-signal RF systems.
• Experience writing detailed ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) documents.
• Experience conducting system-level tests based on design and test documents.
• Familiarity with optical systems.
• Understanding of network communications.
• Knowledge of power supply systems.
