Electronic CAD Team Leader

ELTA is looking for an experienced Electronic CAD Team Leader to lead a skilled team in FPGA development environments, working on cutting-edge electronic design projects at ELTA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a team that supports FPGA development environments.
• Designing electronic circuits, microwave components, antennas, and cables.
• Overseeing electronic circuit assembly processes.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience managing an engineering team – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in hardware development (Board Design) – mandatory.
• Experience working in a Linux environment – mandatory.
• Knowledge of VHDL or Verilog – advantage.
• Experience in FPGA development – advantage.
• Familiarity with Questa development tools – advantage.
• Background in microwave module design – advantage.
• Experience in antenna design – advantage.
• Knowledge of ADS and CST development tools – advantage.
• Proficiency in Python programming – advantage.
• High-level English proficiency.
