Startup company that has developed a platform in AI, Machine Learning, and LLM, offering analytics solutions across various domains, including Ad-tech, Marketing, audience targeting, content creation for public diplomacy and influence (having played a key role in shaping narratives during the war), Video Analytics, user experience analysis, modeling of the human brain, audience segmentation for campaign optimization, and algorithmic solutions for governments and defense sectors.

Based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, the company operates in a hybrid model and has a team of 20 employees, including five in development.

About the role-

• Newly created position, reporting to the CEO
• Leading all development and research efforts
• Equal split between managerial and technical tasks (research & algorithms)
• Managing a team of five: LLM algorithm developers, Full-Stack engineers, and a Tech Lead
• Planning and executing the company's growth strategy (significant expansion expected)
• Strategic planning, goal setting, hiring, and scaling R&D
• Hands-on AI/DL/RL and LLM challenges (50% of the role)
• Identifying problems and choosing solutions
• Deciding whether to train models from scratch or refine existing ones
• Evaluating whether to fix an agent or build a new one
• Leading both theoretical and engineering aspects of production
• Consolidating multiple products into a unified platform
• Highly strategic and impactful role

Requirements-

• Master’s degree or PhD – Mandatory
• Experience in developing and researching complex algorithms, including expertise in NLP/LLM, Deep Learning, and GenAI – Mandatory
• Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow – Mandatory
• Experience from research to production – Mandatory
• Previous experience as VP, CTO, or Director – Mandatory
