Project Management Officer

PMO Required for Project Management and Control at Kiryat Gat

Job Description:

🔹 Build, manage, and monitor the work plan with the project manager, suppliers, and subcontractors, and present it to the client on a weekly and monthly basis.

🔹 Manage the project budget at the quarterly and annual levels.

🔹 Risk management, flagging issues, and escalating matters to the project manager and company management.

🔹 Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project management procedures and methodologies.

🔹 Prepare presentations, reports, and ongoing controls for company management.

🔹 Conduct post-project reviews and lead improvement and efficiency processes.

🔹 Implement new systems and tools for project management and control.

🔹 Analyze business, budgetary, and operational data, and present insights to management.

Job Requirements:

✔️ A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business Administration or a related field – required.

✔️ At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in large organizations – required.

✔️ Very high proficiency in Office, with an emphasis on Excel – required.

✔️ In-depth knowledge of MS Project – required.

✔️ Experience managing and controlling large and multi-integration projects – significant advantage.

✔️ Experience in the contractor / construction industry – significant advantage.

✔️ Familiarity with project management methodologies – advantage.
