Mechanical Engineer (Plastics)

Reporting to: Mechanical Team Leader

Responsibilities

- Design and Development: Conceptualize, design, and impleme

ntmechanical solutions, focusing on plastic components in alignment wi

thproject requirements and industry standard

s.- Production Support: Provide technical support to the production tea

m,ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and cost target

s.Implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain operation

alefficienc

y.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cros

s-functional design teams, including hardware, electronics, and software,

tointegrate mechanical components seamlessly into overall system design

s.- Partnership Management: Work closely with outsourced validation a

ndmanufacturing partners to coordinate the timely delivery of systems a

nddevices according to specifications and project milestone

s.- Enclosure Development: Lead the development of electro-mechanic

alenclosures and packaging solutions, considering factors such

asfunctionality, durability, and manufacturabilit

y.- Deployment Evaluation: Assess the performance of hardware a

ndsoftware components during deployment to ensure smooth syst

emfunctionality and identify areas for optimization or enhancemen

t.- Client Coordination: Engage with clients' engineering teams a

ndmanagement to facilitate effective communication, address technic

alconcerns, and ensure project efficiency and satisfactio

n.
Requiremen

ts:- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing plastic parts

forinjection molding, with at least two years of experience in a start

-upenvironme

nt.- Demonstrated experience in robotics is essential for this ro

le,encompassing knowledge of robotic systems, mechanisms,

andapplicatio

ns.- Proficiency in Solidworks or similar CAD software is required to design and prototype mechanical components effective
