The ATE Group leads the development of complex, multidisciplinary (software, hardware, optics, mechanics) capital equipment machines designed to characterize, calibrate, and produce the Innoviz cutting-edge LiDAR technology. Our team develops machines that calibrate and validate lidars in production for the autonomous automotive industry.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and planning for our 30-person multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with the team on all issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily stand-ups and team meetings.
• Define and manage sprints, ensuring efficient task execution.
• Track tasks throughout the day/week, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and software developers to optimize workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
  
  

• B.S.c in relevant engineering field: electronics, mechanical or computers.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in hardware/software development or manufacturing. Hands-On experience with development is a must.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate people positively.
• Ability to coordinate across mechanical, system, and software engineering disciplines.
• Experience with task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
