Overview

Reporting to the CTO, this role is responsible for providing technical leadership and managing a sub-team (up to 4 developers). The aim is to enhance development processes, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support onboarding and incident management, thereby allowing the CTO to focus on broader management and R&D.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in React development (including Redux, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6+ & GraphQL).
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 2+ years of experience in managing software development teams, focusing on agile methodologies and project delivery. Experience with code reviews and managing teams and developers.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and technical meeting leadership skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with additional libraries (jQuery, MomentJS), C#/.NET Core, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
