Indirect General Procurement Manager

The indirect general procurement manager Lead and manage the entire procurement all major categories, includes all OPEX spend, is responsible for managing and overseeing procurement processes for a variety of indirect categories, supporting the company’s production sites and corporate functions. This role involves handling contracts and agreements with service providers across multiple domains, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and high service quality. for the 3 sites located in Israel (MCW NH + BS, AGAN).

Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute global indirect procurement strategies.

•Manage and optimize the procurement of services providers, professional services, and facilities.

•By analysis of spend, detailed understanding of the supply market(s) and internal business requirements, develop and deliver Category and Sub-Category strategies achieving the agreement with business clients. Such strategies should ensure the most efficient use of the various buying channels.

• Coordinate with internal HSE, HR ,Production, Marketing Department and Logistics teams to ensure that procurement aligns with requirements and timelines.

•Lead multifunctional sourcing teams and projects to achieve contracts, orders or agreements that are aligned with the sourcing strategies and deliver substantial savings.

•Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers including leading major negotiations

•Provide expert external supply market knowledge across the category.

•Identify cost savings opportunities through cross company best practice sharing, consolidation of requirements, improved sourcing approaches or other ideas.

•Deliver targeted savings within the category ensuring no adverse impact on quality and time requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with at least 2 years in a team management role.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Qualifications:

•In depth knowledge of internal purchasing procedures and processes, and solid knowledge of the external trends and best practice.

•Ability to develop performance measures for categories with stakeholders.

•Deep knowledge of the relevant supply markets

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to partner with, and communicate with all levels of management.

Education, Language Skills:

•Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
