Development & Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our leading academic institution as a Development & Fundraising Manager. In this role, you will lead efforts to secure funding for important projects and future initiatives, while cultivating relationships with donors and institutions both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure funding from diverse sources to support the college’s projects and programs
• Write and follow up on donor requests (in both English and Hebrew)
• Map out projects and prepare comprehensive "Project Donation Packages"
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, public and private entities in Israel and abroad
• Develop work plans, communications, and regular reports for management
• Represent the college at fundraising events and activities
• Travel internationally to support fundraising and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising and resource development
• Strong connections with donor communities both domestically and internationally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English (mandatory)
• Creativity and willingness to put effort into advancing the college’s goals
• Academic degree; a master’s degree is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Experience managing strategic initiatives and international fundraising campaigns
• Ability to travel abroad for strategic relationship development
