Senior/Mid-Level M&A Broker

What is the role?

Our Client is a leading M&A insurance broker and advisor with significant expertise in structuring bespoke insurance solutions for those involved in or advising on M&A transactions. They are looking for a highly motivated individual with private M&A experience to assist in growing the business in Israel. They provide strategic advice to enable parties to execute transactions efficiently and with a positive outcome as well as work with wide variety of clientele which allows for wide exposure across a number of markets.

What will you be doing?

• Advise clients on all transaction liability insurance solutions
• Structure transaction liability insurance solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Effect the placement of transaction liability insurance policies
• Manage claims activity.
• Seek out new business and to nurture and grow existing client and prospect relationships.
• Assist the existing team in exploring opportunities.
• To monitor the potential client landscape.
• To maintain good working relationships with all insurers in this class of insurance.
• To identify potential developments, new products and new markets.
• Producing marketing materials.
• Line management responsibilities of junior/mid-level members of the team

What do you need to apply to this role?

• Relevant M&A experience gained through experience in either a finance, banking or legal context. Minimum 2-5 years full time experience.
