Salesforce Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Team Lead and Systems Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, deep understanding of Salesforce and associated systems, and the ability to manage both technical and business teams effectively. This is a pivotal role that will require high self-management skills, excellent people management abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of business processes. The Salesforce Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, managing the team, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including experience in development, administration, and project management.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing teams in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how to translate those processes into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Experience with Salesforce integration and API development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks (user setup, security, data management, reports & dashboards).
• Understanding of cloud-based systems and integration tools.
