UX/UI Product Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Product Designer to drive a digital agriculture revolution. In this role, you will design seamless end-to-end user experiences and optimizations, taking ideas from early prototypes to final implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and user needs into delightful products by creating functional solutions, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and conducting user research.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, agronomists, and engineers to take products from concept to launch.
• Own the product design process end-to-end.
• Develop a cohesive, intuitive, and playful look and feel for our products.
• Create and maintain the product’s design system according to industry best practices.
• Present design ideas to stakeholders for feedback and brainstorming.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with all stakeholders during the design phase.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, making quick decisions within tight schedules.

Day-to-Day:

• Define the design vision, strategy, and principles to align with the company roadmap.
• Lead design projects from research and ideation to visual design and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Continuously evolve and improve UI/UX standards.
• Deliver designs that make a measurable business impact.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong understanding of principles and best practices.
• Significant and proven experience working with B2B Enterprise customers – mandatory.
• Expertise in designing complex, data-intensive products and platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (and other design software such as Sketch, XD).
• Strong skills in design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation.
• Quick sketching abilities and experience creating accurate wireframes.
• Experience in market and user research, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product success.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.
• A proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design (Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Design experience in an early-stage startup or SaaS product.
• Previous experience in Agri-tech or designing for agricultural solutions.
