Network Team Lead

As a Network & Security Team Lead, you will oversee the architecture, operation, and security of our datacenter and cloud network infrastructure. Leading a team of skilled engineers, you will ensure high availability, performance, and security across global networks while driving process improvements and technology adoption.

How will you make an impact?

Manage global data center and cloud networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).

Oversee network security following zero-trust principles, including firewalls and SASE solutions.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for standardized and automated network management.

Lead network performance monitoring, issue detection, and compliance with security standards.

Mentor and lead a team of network and security engineers, collaborating across teams and with external partners.

Have you got what it takes?

• 7+ years of experience managing critical network infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, and F5 load balancers.
• Strong network security background, including firewall management (FortiGate, optionally Palo Alto).
• Proven cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure) and on-prem to cloud integration.
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and private IP connections for traffic optimization.
• Expertise in SASE solutions for secure remote access and cloud security.
• Experience implementing IaC methodologies to standardize and automate network management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring technologies.
• Leadership experience, managing and mentoring network and security teams.
