We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager who can bridge deep technical knowledge with strong commercial skills. If you understand battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar PV, or hybrid power solutions and love helping clients solve challenges, grow projects, and bring new solutions to market — we want to meet you!

✅ Lead the full sales cycle, from finding opportunities to closing deals.

✅ Build and manage relationships with developers, utilities, and commercial clients.

✅ Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals (with support from engineering teams).

✅ Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.

✅ Support company presence in industry events, conferences, and online channels.

✅ Help prepare product documentation, case studies, and outreach content.

✅ Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen our edge.

✔ 1–5 years experience in sales or business development in renewable energy, energy storage, or power systems.

✔ Strong technical orientation and confidence explaining complex systems.

✔ Experience working with tenders and presenting technical proposals.

✔ Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
