We are looking for a B2B Digital Sales Team lead to drive our business forward, lead and develop a high-performing sales team, and leverage cutting-edge digital tools to deliver meaningful business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a field sales team specializing in B2B digital advertising for service providers.
- Own and drive complex sales processes – from building client relationships to closing deals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within key professional sectors, including doctors, lawyers, and top-tier service providers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote data-driven, tailored advertising solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize sales processes in the digital landscape.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing a field sales team in digital advertising/media – must.
- Strong knowledge of targeted advertising solutions, digital campaigns, and marketing data.
- Experience selling to SMBs or professional service providers – strong advantage.
- Proven ability to lead business growth, develop markets, and think strategically.
- Excellent negotiation skills, charisma, and persuasive communication.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Valid driver’s license – required.
