Located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, the company operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. The team consists of 16 employees, including 5 developers.

Backed by $10M in funding, they already support 25,000+ units across 36 U.S. states, managing assets worth over $7 billion, and are now in a rapid growth phase.

Role Overview:

• Designing and developing reliable, scalable microservices.
• Transforming product requirements into technical specifications and efficient solutions.
• Developing AI-driven features that enhance automation, lead generation, and communication tools.
• Choosing the right third-party tools and technologies for each challenge.
• Ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborating in an agile environment to meet aggressive timelines.
• Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies and programming languages.
• Mentoring team members to elevate the team’s technical expertise.

Requirements-

• 6 years of experience in engineering roles (developer, tech-lead, or architect).
• 2 years of hands-on programming in statically typed languages.
• 2 years of experience with microservices architecture.
• 1 years of experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• 1 years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Ability to choose the best tools, technologies, and languages for the job.
