Professional Services Engineer Tier 1/2

Essence Smart Care is looking for a Professional Services Engineer - Tier 1/2 to join the professional services team in our Herzliya Office.

Responsibilities

·      Monitoring and maintenance of production environments

·      Ongoing tasks as servers upgrades, systems upgrades remotely

·      Assist with analyzing and resolving technical issues

·      Report and submit product defects in the bug-tracking system

·      Assist with performing root cause analysis (RCA) determination

·      Providing product feedback and insights to internal teams

·      Designing and maintaining the knowledge base

Requirements

• Academic degree(s) is a must, Computer Science/information systems or equivalent – Advantage.

·      2+ years of experience in implementation and customer-facing activities in an international environment

·      Experience in MS-SQL (SQL scripting) - must

·      Experience with debugging tools and analyzing logs

·      Experience in installations and maintenance of OS in Azure – advantage

·      Experience in Power BI - advantage

·      Background in networking technologies (HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP, UDP)

·      Familiar with network software diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark and fiddler

·      Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, etc.

·      Understanding and executing API requests and IIS

·      Fluent English (writing and speaking)
