What’s the Role?

• Managing customer accounts in the outsourcing field
• End-to-end sales process management: from identifying potential clients, initiating meetings, and preparing price quotes to contract signing
• Expanding company activities by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts
• Negotiating agreements and contracts
• Maintaining relationships with strategic clients and advancing candidates
• Managing and retaining employees
• Collaborating with various departments: development units, procurement, HR, and recruitment teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in financial sales management in outsourcing
• Proven experience in negotiation and contract writing
• Familiarity with technology recruitment processes
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with procurement teams
