As the R&D Team Lead at Arena AI, you will:

• Lead and manage the R&D team, guiding technical development from strategy to execution.
• Drive the R&D roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and emerging AI advancements.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, product, and AI teams to refine our real estate intelligence platform.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, overseeing the development of scalable and innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business needs into robust, data-driven technological solutions.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with an emphasis on backend development.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or Vite for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) with expertise in serverless architectures, Elasticsearch, and scalable data processing.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in executing R&D strategies and scaling AI-driven platforms.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
