Role Description

This part-time on-site role is in Petah Tikva, Segula industrial zone, for a Student Evening Customer Calls position at WALL-SMART. The role will involve proactive customer calls and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction over the phone 2-3 days a week during the evening hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills - A MUST
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic understanding of smart home products
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for customer interactions (CRM, ERP)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
