Job Description
Join our Customer Care R&D Group as a Business Operations Manager at our vibrant Tel Aviv Campus! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, spearheading projects that enhance our customer care capabilities. You'll tackle complex KPIs, streamline processes and implement tech solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. In your day-to-day you will:
- Lead cross-functional projects within Customer Care to improve performance and user satisfaction
- Analyze complex KPIs to identify areas for process improvement
- Implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency and save costs
- Collaborate with various teams to understand and refine development processes
- Drive change and foster innovation within the Customer Care team
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, product management or business analysis, preferably within a customer care or project management
- Strong technical understanding of both product and business aspects
- Familiarity with development processes and working with diverse platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal and managerial skills, with a talent for leading change
- A people person with a knack for driving improvements and fostering a collaborative environment
