About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced R&D Team Lead to manage a team of 5-6 developers. This is a leadership role that combines mentorship, architecture, and hands-on development (approximately 20-30% HO).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and mentoring a team of developers, including recruitment, feedback sessions, and career development
• Conducting code reviews and defining system architecture
• Driving development tasks alongside the Scrum Master
• Leading team meetings and collaborating with stakeholders
• Overseeing the development of new features and ensuring high-quality delivery

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development using our tech stack
• 1+ year of experience managing a team of at least 3-4 developers
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Microservices
