Headway Future Tech is an early-stage startup focused on developing cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that aim to revolutionize the way people interact with technology. Our first product is an intelligent learning platform designed to close knowledge gaps for students, helping them build personalized learning plans and achieve excellence in their studies.

We’re building a founding team of passionate and visionary individuals ready to shape the future—starting with education and scaling into much more.

We are looking for a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to join us as a strategic co-founder and lead the technological vision, development, and execution of our products. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the core leadership and influence every aspect of the tech side of our venture.

• Define and execute the company’s technical roadmap
• Oversee architecture, development, and deployment of the platform
• Build and manage the engineering team
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CMO on product strategy and user experience
• Select technology stacks and tools that best align with the company’s goals
• Drive innovation and scalability for future products
• Ensure quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase
