Are you passionate about customer experience and retention?

We're looking for a Head of Customer Service to lead a team and enhance customer satisfaction in a dynamic SaaS environment.

✅ Lead, train, and mentor a team of 6 full-time representatives

✅ Develop and optimize customer service, support, and retention processes

✅ Analyze performance reports and implement data-driven retention strategies

✅ Handle escalations and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams

✅ Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvements, and establish best practices

🔹 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager (Tech Support, Retention & Customer Success)

🔹 SaaS company experience – a must!

🔹 Strong technical orientation and ability to understand complex products

🔹 Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI analysis and performance improvement

🔹 Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

💰 Salary: 18,000-20,000 ILS + performance-based incentives

🏡 Hybrid work model: One remote day per week
