As an Assessment Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by:

• Assessment Development: Leading the development of various assessment tools, including interviews, skills assessments, professional tasks, performance evaluations, surveys, and more.
• Project Management: Collaborating with clients to profile positions (job analysis), define assessment needs, gather essential information, and incorporate client feedback throughout the tools development process. You'll also oversee assessment rollout and data collection.
• Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth statistical analysis of assessment and customer data, including construct and predictive validity, correlations, regressions, group differences, and more.
• Effective Communication: Presenting findings concisely and engagingly, ensuring key insights are clear and actionable. All work is done in English.
• Methodical Approach: Managing the intricacies of our work with meticulous attention to detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. If you have an understanding of human behavior at work, and you love diving into the fine details to develop comprehensive and accurate measures, this position is for you.

If you're more of a "big picture" thinker, and tend to miss out on the nitty-gritty details, this is not the right fit for you.

• Highly skilled in assessment tools development in the context of hiring and on-the-job assessment - real-world experience is required; academic experience alone is not enough. If you've only developed organizational surveys, it's not sufficient.
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) - the entire work is conducted in English.
• Availability for a full-time position.
• Work is remote, but you should be available to meet the team physically 5 times a month in Rehovot or Tel Aviv.
• Availability to work 2 evenings a week (to collaborate with US and Canada, meetings with clients can run as late as 11 PM Israel Time).
• Highly proficient in at least one of these: R, Python, or SPSS.
• Highly proficient in Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables, Vlookup, and Xlookup.

• Experience working for a large corporation or tech company.
• Additional training or courses in psychometrics/statistics.
• Experience in developing technological assessment tools.
• Native English speaker-level proficiency.
