Electrical Engineer for Electrical Motor Design & Delopment - Join Amppera!

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer experienced in designing complex electrical systems, energy, electric drives, magnetic fields, or electromechanical components. If you have experience in advanced electromechanical systems, engineering simulations, and the ability to work according to international standards — this is your chance to make an impact and join a winning team!

• Design the electrical, magnetic, and thermal aspects of asynchronous motors according to client requirements and international standards.
• Define engineering parameters such as power, current, torque, efficiency, and power factor.
• Design windings and rotors (stator and rotor), including special adjustments for explosion-proof motors.
• Support production processes, development, and testing (Type Test, Routine Test).
• Improve and optimize existing products and develop new models.
• Collaborate with various interfaces — development, production, quality control, sales, and customer service.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering — required.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment designing e.g.: electric motors, electromechanical systems, electrical drives, high-power systems, transformers, generators, or advanced energy equipment.
• Experience working with low, medium, and high voltage — a significant advantage.
• Experience working according to international standards.
• Proficiency in design and simulation software like Ansys Maxwell, Motor-CAD, FEMM — an advantage.
• High-level English skills — reading, writing, and speaking.
  

• Experience in electrical motor design.
• Familiarity with drive and control systems.
• A master's degree specializing in electrical Eng.
