Privacy Protection Expert

Job Description:

• Lead the company’s privacy protection efforts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain privacy policies and procedures.
• Oversee the company’s adaptation to new privacy regulations (e.g., Amendment 13).
• Support business units in applying privacy policies.
• Collaborate with IT, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
• Report regularly to management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in privacy protection and data management (mandatory).
• Degree in Law, Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (advantage).
• Privacy protection or information security certifications (DPO, CISO, CISSP, CSMP) (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of privacy laws and cyber risk management.
• DPO certification mandatory – specify experience and years of expertise.
