Privacy Protection Expert
Job Description:
- Lead the company’s privacy protection efforts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain privacy policies and procedures.
- Oversee the company’s adaptation to new privacy regulations (e.g., Amendment 13).
- Support business units in applying privacy policies.
- Collaborate with IT, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
- Report regularly to management and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in privacy protection and data management (mandatory).
- Degree in Law, Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (advantage).
- Privacy protection or information security certifications (DPO, CISO, CISSP, CSMP) (advantage).
- Strong knowledge of privacy laws and cyber risk management.
- DPO certification mandatory – specify experience and years of expertise.
