We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of BI & Analytics to lead the Business Intelligence and Analytics teams for one of our customers. This is a key leadership role that involves shaping and executing the data strategy, building a cutting-edge data ecosystem, managing and developing teams, and driving innovation through AI/ML integration.

What will you do

?✅ Lead BI, analytics, and data development teams while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

.✅ Build a scalable, cloud-based data architecture to support real-time analytics and diverse data sources

.✅ Establish robust data governance and ensure data quality, lineage, and single sources of truth (SSOT)

.✅ Drive a self-service data culture, making insights accessible and actionable across the organization

.✅ Define and track key metrics to measure the success of data initiatives

.✅ Partner with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, and Business to optimize performance and drive business impact

Technical Expertis

e:✔️ 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics & BI leadership role

s.✔️ Proven track record in building and scaling data teams and infrastructur

e.✔️ Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving, modeling, and forecastin

g.✔️ Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, Power BI, etc.

).✔️ Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data tools (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.

).✔️ Experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP) – an advantag

e.✔️ Background in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) – a plu
