Project Manager

Skills:

• Project manager (at least 3 years)
• Natural leader
• Led and managed complex software development projects involving multidisciplinary SW and HW teams, Multidisciplinary technologies, and interfaces.
• Proven project leadership and direction to NPI projects, ensuring alignment with Product needs, project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the projects with the team, fostering continuous improvement of the integration processes.

Education:

Academic degree in a relevant domain (software, electronics, physics, system engineering, bio-medical)

Relevant Experience:

• Proven of at least 3 years of experience as a multi-discipline project manager.
• Experienced in multiple technologies as an engineer.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a high-uncertainty environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Team worker.
• Broad system view.

Advantage Experience:

• Software as a major project management domain.
• Experience in Medical Devices including relevant standards, design quality in medical devices, device risk management.
• Transfer to production and to service experience
• Work in a matrix organisation
