• Machine Learning Model Development & Analysis: Understand business needs and operations across various organizational units, identifying opportunities for ML-based solutions.
• Complex Data Structure Development: Design and implement advanced data infrastructure for model development and business unit usage.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to conduct in-depth analyses and build insights-driven solutions.
• Model Development, Validation & Deployment: Develop statistical models, validate and explain results in business terms, deploy models in production, and monitor post-implementation performance.
• Data Visualization & Exploration: Utilize BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to present data and insights.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a relevant field (MSc is an advantage).
• Experience: 3-5 years as a Data Scientist, with hands-on experience in end-to-end project execution, including development, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of production models.
• SQL Proficiency: Experience in writing complex queries on large-scale databases.
• Python Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, Seaborn, and Matplotlib.
• Statistical Modeling: Deep understanding of models such as Boosting, Random Forest, GLM, XGBoost, Regression, Clustering, PCA, and SVM.
• Deep Learning Experience: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, CNN, RNN, and LSTM.
• Cloud Services: Experience with GCP/Azure/AWS – a significant advantage.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong statistical thinking and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Systemic Thinking: Ability to understand and work with complex processes.
• Experience in Financial Organizations: Advantage.
