Sales Operations Coordinator

ION Asset Management, one of Israel's largest hedge funds with USD 3 billion in assets, is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our capital raising team. This role involves assisting with sales initiatives and supporting existing investors.

Key Activities:

• Assist the fund’s marketing managers in daily activities to support potential and existing investors in ION’s funds
• Keep the fund’s CRM software updated with new and existing investor information
• Periodically review and update the fund’s investor information
• Coordinate roadshows, meetings, and calls by working with the team on upcoming schedules
• Prepare presentations and other marketing materials
• Assist the marketing team in tracking the lifecycle of a potential investment from initiation to subscription
• Assist in certain investor requests including fund data analysis and Due Diligence Questionnaires
• Assist with internal and external event planning logistics
• Provide backup support to the marketing team members

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in Hebrew and English (at mother tongue level), including speaking, reading and writing skills
• High attention to details
• Service-oriented
• Team player
• Ability to work independently and learn on-the-go
• Comfortable with working with numbers and Excel spreadsheets

This role is based in our office in Herzliya and can be a part-time or full-time one.
