UAV Operations Manager

We are looking for a Licenced UAV Operations Manager with experience in flighting & developing Airborne Systems in a variety of missions.

Responsibilities

• Represent NG as the customer-facing expert through field tests, tutorials, product demos, system integrations, and evaluations.
• Plan, coordinated, and executed software and hardware drone field experiments.
• Submitting experiment reports and organizing data in a smart management system
• Collaborate with the customer’s different departments (R&D, Software, etc.) to test, evaluate, and resolve system issues.
• Manage high-paced projects with strict deadlines.
• long field days as needed.
• Travel abroad for demonstrations/ training sessions.

Requirements

• RATA (CAAI) Licence - must
• 3+ years of experience in flight operations
• Experience in operating UAVs in field operations.
• Familiarity with UAV systems development processes.
• Proven Knowledge of engineering principles.
• Highly presentable, independent, and quick to adapt to new technologies.
• Experience in working with customers and executing demos/training sessions
• Fluent communication in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to travel abroad when needed
• Commitment to work for at least 1.5 years and grow within the company.
• Military special unit – advantage
