Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead System Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in developing a state-of-the-art complex system dedicated to RF and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in the development of a complex RF and cyber security system.

·      Oversee systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, technical support, and system design.

·      Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

·      Oversee the integration of various system components.

·      Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

·      Develop and maintain system architecture and design documentation.

·      Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful development of the system.

·      Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

·      Present technical solutions and progress to stakeholders.

·      Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or related field

·      At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary system engineering in RF and/or communication domain.

·      Hands-on experience in hardware and system engineering.

·      Strong skills in systems engineering and systems design.

·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

·      Ability to pass security clearance
