We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the transition of our flagship product to the next technological generation. This role covers everything from strategic planning to execution, including defining and measuring success metrics, resource allocation, methodology development, process management, and risk & opportunity assessment.

What You'll Do:

🔹 Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to implementation.

🔹 Work directly with the CEO, Product, and Development teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business and customer needs.

🔹 Manage project resources, including budget and human capital.

🔹 Drive process improvements in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in the right direction.

🔹 Support project and product managers while identifying risks and opportunities.

What You Bring:

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science).

✔️ 7+ years of experience managing complex projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.

✔️ Proven leadership in both direct and matrix management.

✔️ Experience working closely with development teams.

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

✔️ Results-driven mindset, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

✔️ Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively adjust project plans.

✔️ Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

✔️ Strong business acumen and technical orientation, with a forward-thinking approach to building advanced technology infrastructures.
