Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Hands-on Online Business Development to be part of our team.

You will initiate early search and introduce potential customers to our services emphasizing on our unique solutions: Outsourcing and employment in Israel and abroad.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, customer relationships and is a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Sourcing of business opportunities, turning a lead into a client
• Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
• Understanding the customer's needs and which service will answer it

Skills and qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience in pre-marketing/sales/biz dev
• Technological knowledge – an advantage
• High-level English - must
• Excellent communication skills
