Project Manager/Operations Planner

Project Manager/Operations Planner for PCBA Division in Migdal Haemek Site.

Responsibilities

Initiating, managing, supervising, and coordinating the necessary actions to satisfy organizational stakeholders and customers (QCDR).

Controls - Managing and executing control processes including:

• Future customer orders
• Material convergence status (while maintaining inventory levels)
• Customer orders in production processes
• Handling exceptions

Matrix management with:

• Commercial unit (budget, quotations, etc.)
• Customers (order distribution, response to changes)
• Engineering (new projects, ECO)
• Production floors (production progress and supervision)
• Procurement (requirements, shortage reports, advancements, and cancellations)
• Quality assurance (handling quality events, ECO, exceptions)
• Logistics and warehouses (kit preparation, customer supply)

Work plan preparation:

• Workflow for production lines
• Internal distribution according to bottlenecks
• Monitoring execution and timely risk alerts
• Reflecting the supply plan to the customer
• Prioritizing supply according to customer demand changes and internal changes

OTD - Meeting delivery dates while providing service and maintaining product quality.

ERP - Analyzing MRP runs.

• Issuing procurement requirements
• Analyzing reports: delays, advancements, cancellations
• Knowledge/familiarity with S.S/PPV/MOQ/LLI

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering Technician/Engineer or relevant B.A
• Proficiency in all OFFICE software, with full command of Excel being mandatory
• Familiarity with E.R.P software – SAP is a must
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably from assembly companies in the EMS market
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
