Job Description:

As a Network & Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for the architecture, operation, and security of the company’s network infrastructure in data centers and the cloud.

You will lead a team of skilled engineers and ensure high availability, performance, and security across global networks, while driving process improvements and adopting new technologies.

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience managing critical network infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, and F5 load balancers.
• Strong background in network security, including firewall management (FortiGate, optionally Palo Alto).
• Proven experience with cloud networks (AWS, Azure) and integration of on-prem to cloud connections.
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and private connections for traffic optimization.
• Expertise in SASE solutions for secure remote access and cloud security.
• Experience implementing IaC methodologies to standardize and automate network management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring technologies.
• Leadership experience, managing and mentoring network and security teams.
