Operation and Sales Administrator

The On Site Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of the inner company operations, sales and office administration. 

This position co-operates with other departments and employees for the fulfillment of operation processes, client support and sales. 

You will be responsible for the organization and execution of the group’s activities to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for all sales process. This position is expected to understand the customer’s needs and expectations, protecting our company's interests and identifying new service opportunities. Organize and collect any data needed for sales teams, attend meetings and support the organizational commercial needs.

1. Oversees all office administration including special events and employee social activities.

2. Responsible for all sales operational activities.

3. Support cross divisional teams.

4. Expand the service portfolio.

5. Revenue, budget and Margin control.

Education and requirements:

·       At least 3 years of relevant experience with an international company (sales, import or export) – USA focused an advantage.

·       Knowledge of CRM, Priority ERP systems. 

·       Experience with Office365 apps – advantage.

·       University degree – advantage.

Skills and knowledge:

·       Strong team skills. High capability of working in small, cross-functional teams and task forces.

·       High level of English – speaking, reading, writing.

·       High capability of multi-tasking and delivering under pressure

·       Work is on-site in Caesarea (relevant applicants are between Tel Aviv and Haifa)

·       Self-education and learning skills.
