Salesforce Implementor

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce implementor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have working interfaces with Salesforce implementers and developers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Quality Assurance testers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration and Customization: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, role hierarchy, and object configuration.
• Salesforce Configuration: Configure Salesforce instances to support business processes by setting up and customizing standard and custom objects, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Process Automation: Implement process automation using Salesforce tools such as Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to enhance operational efficiency.
• User Access Management: Design and implement role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets to manage user access and ensure data security within Salesforce.
• Data Visibility Setup: Configure sharing settings to control data visibility and develop reports on user activity as needed.
• Data Migration Management: Oversee data migration efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity throughout the transfer process to Salesforce.
• Lightning Experience: Proven experience with Lightning components and applications.
• Customization of Salesforce Objects: Modify Salesforce objects, workflows, and processes to align with business requirements.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing to streamline deployment processes through continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of implementation experience on the Salesforce platform.
• At least 1 year of development experience on the Salesforce platform / APEX or in general software development – an advantage
• Education: A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred.
• Certifications: Certified Salesforce Admin or other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and JavaScript – is an advantage
• API Integration: Experience with Salesforce API integration, REST/SOAP, and data migration tools - is an advantage
• Salesforce Best Practices: Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) - is an advantage
