Position Overview: Lead a pioneering genomic editing project focused on trees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a research project in genomic editing for trees
• Design and execute experimental plans
• Analyze experimental data and generate actionable scientific insights
• Manage and mentor a team of researchers
• Write scientific reports, professional papers, and present results in team meetings
• Collaborate with other development teams within the company to drive success

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Genetics, Life Sciences, or Plant Sciences
• At least 5 years of proven experience in molecular biology lab work, plant research, and genomic editing
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
• High level of professionalism and expertise
