Full Stack Engineer

About the Role - What you’ll do:

• ✅ Build and maintain scalable backend services (think Python-based frameworks).
• ✅ Work with modern databases and caching solutions (NoSQL, in-memory stores, message queues).
• ✅ Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance frontends (React-based with TypeScript or similar).
• ✅ Implement state management solutions and write UI with cutting-edge styling methodologies.
• ✅ Integrate AI models and workflows (we’re working on some very cool stuff here).
• ✅ Optimize performance on both frontend and backend.
• ✅ Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using containerization and automation tools.
• ✅ Collaborate closely with design and product to bring ideas to life.
• ✅ Contribute to secure, reliable infrastructure and networking setups.

Required Skills

• ✨ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python development
• ✨ Experience with advanced task scheduling and messaging systems.
• ✨ Exposure to orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker Compose.
• ✨ Familiarity with observability stacks (logging, monitoring, visualizing).
• ✨ Experience with mobile testing automation frameworks.
• ✨ Strong understanding of API communication patterns and build tooling.
• ✨ Ability to translate Figma designs into polished frontend components.
