Role Description

We are looking for an Acquisition Specialist with 2 years of sales experience and good English skills to handle qualified leads and negotiate with potential sellers looking to sell their properties in the U.S.

• Work with motivated leads—homeowners interested in selling their properties.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals with potential sellers.
• Manage long conversations in English with strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Bring a driven, success-oriented mindset with a hunger to excel.
• Experience in U.S. real estate is an advantage.

• Work with the U.S. market during night shifts.
• Monday to Thursday: Onsite, 17:00-02:00.
• Friday to Sunday: One work-from-home day.
