Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Operations Specialist at Mondarine. In this position, you’ll be an integral part of our customer journey team, ensuring the smooth and seamless delivery of our travel products. You will work closely with the product and customer support teams and collaborate with suppliers across the countries we operate in. Your role will involve performing operational tasks that ensure the product is built efficiently, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable feedback to the product team. You'll also focus on creating better workflows and solutions, with a keen eye for business and financial implications, ensuring creative solutions are found to maximize revenue. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
