We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of the Board. You’ll be working on one of the most important and used parts of the product, collaborating with different teams to come up with fresh, innovative ideas that our users will love. Your work will directly impact how people use monday.com every day and inspire new features for the entire platform.

About The Role

Develop a framework that integrates product requirements with a consistent UI system while considering user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Drive the creation of new capabilities and ongoing enhancements for the Board, ensuring it evolves to meet user needs and business goals.

Set and maintain high design standards by defining clear guidelines for UI components, interactions, and accessibility to enhance user engagement.

Collaborate closely with various teams on an ongoing basis - you'll be working with the entire Product design team and beyond

Partner with R&D to ensure a seamless experience and alignment between development and design frameworks.

Requirements

+4 years of experience designing complex systems and platforms.
Deep understanding of design systems.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong UI capabilities.
Experience collaborating closely with R&D.
Positive attitude and excellent social skills.
Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
High level of written and spoken English.
