Linguistics Specialist – Voice Over Review ( Hebrew)

We are seeking experienced Linguistics Specialists based in Israel to assist us in reviewing voice-over samples from native actors. Your expertise will help us ensure that the voice recordings meet our quality standards and align with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Voice-Over Samples: Analyze voice-over recordings for the following:
• Style
• Accent Neutrality: Verify if the accent is standard native Hebrew.
• Pronunciation Accuracy: Provide a detailed analysis of pronunciation.
• Tonality: Assess and provide in-depth feedback on tonal quality.
• Overall Feedback: Determine if the sample is of high quality or requires improvements.
• Script Review:
• Cross-check the script to identify any non-Hebrew. terms (e.g., English words).
• Ensure the script aligns perfectly with Hebrew. language norms.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hebrew. linguistics and phonetics.
• Experience in voice-over analysis or similar fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Availability to review multiple samples as needed.

Compensation and Next Steps:

As part of the next steps, we would like you to review a 2-minute sample voice-over by Hebrew actors. After reviewing, please provide detailed feedback in the sheets. Once we evaluate your feedback against our standards, we will proceed with offering multiple slots for voice-over review work if your insights align with our requirements. Please note that it may take some time to review and provide feedback, as well as to give you the green light to start the project, so we request your patience after submitting the sample. Once the sample is approved, you will work on more than 500 hours of voice-over recordings.

This will be a paid task, with the rate discussed and agreed upon based on your experience and the project scope.
