What You'll Do

As the Director of Data at Reeco, you will take full ownership of our data strategy, leading a team that bridges the gap between engineering and business. You’ll drive data governance, analytics, and data engineering while working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Business teams to ensure seamless data operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the company’s data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Business teams to establish scalable data infrastructure and analytics processes.
• Oversee data governance, security, and compliance, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by implementing best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  
  

• 5-7 years of experience in data-related roles, with at least 2-3 years in leadership positions managing data teams.
• Proven track record in leading data teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
• Experience working closely with R&D teams and data engineers.
  
  

• Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and BI platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Looker/Tableau.
• Experience with data pipeline development, ETL processes, and analytics workflows.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
• A passion for mentoring, scaling teams, and implementing best-in-class data practices.
