What You'll Do

As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of Reeco’s internal business systems, data flows, and process automation. Your work will be critical in ensuring seamless system integrations, operational efficiency, and data consistency across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and integrating business systems to enable smooth and automated workflows.
• Developing and optimizing data flows to improve cross-team collaboration and efficiency.
• Ensuring system integrity and consistency throughout the Customer Journey.
• Implementing workflow automation to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborating with multiple departments (Marketing, CS, Sales, Product) to support their data and system needs.
• Traveling internationally as needed to support system implementations and business expansion.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Ops, or Customer Ops.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments with a strong focus on automation and system integrations.
• Passion for leveraging AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

• Proficiency in Zapier, Make, and API-based integrations for workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to optimizing business processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
• A data-driven thinker who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
