What You'll Do

As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business operations, managing system integrations, and improving cross-functional processes across Reeco. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of technical expertise, operational efficiency, and strategic thinking.

Your responsibilities include:

• Optimizing operational processes and driving efficiency across business functions.
• Managing system integrations to ensure smooth workflows between Product, Business, and R&D teams.
• Developing data-driven strategies to improve operational performance and support business objectives.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to refine internal processes and implement automation.
• Identifying and implementing new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Traveling internationally as needed to support operational expansion and strategy execution.
  
  

• Proven experience in Business Operations, Process Optimization, or SaaS Operations.
• Strong background in Data Models, Integrations, and Automation Tools.
• A technical mindset with a business-oriented approach, able to bridge technology and operations seamlessly.
• Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
