Account Manager

Job Description

The Global Account Manager is responsible to lead and coordinate the marketing and commercial activities of the account. Responsible to connect between request from customer to Arkal organization and vice versa.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• RFQ Management - Monitor and manage incoming RFQs through customer portal,

handle QDC Go/No-go approval process, update RFQ Pipeline Report, manage RFQ administration in PLM system.

• Quote Development & Submission - Prepare CBD (Cost Breakdown) & submission parameters, submit quotes in customer portal, prepare technical review (TR) presentations, update budget files.

• Contract Management - Manage nomination process in PLM & Priority systems, obtain contract approvals, follow up on contract receipt and accuracy, process customer Purchase Orders (POs) for OTP SO in Priority, maintain ongoing contract monitoring and follow-up.

• Cost & Volume Analysis- Handle costing changes including: APN/LTA adjustments, index changes, inflation impacts, ECR modifications, global impact assessments, analyze forecasts and obtain supply chain approval, compare actual volumes against forecasts and nominations, monitor amortization.

• Financial Coordination - Analyze claims impact, manage accruals reconciliation, serve as point of contact (POC) for finance department regarding: Claims impact and Accruals management

Education and Experience

B.A in business administration/finance/economy or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering

MBA – advantage

- Experience with global customers.

- Experience with industry and production.

- Microsoft Office tools – especially high experience with Excel’s formulas, lists, tables and PP.

- English – high level, Reading/writing/speaking

- Priority ERP experience- advantage

- PLM system experience- advantage
